⭐ By commissioning me, this means you have properly read and agreed to the terms of service.⭐ I retain the copyright to the final piece.⭐ I can post the final piece on my social media and portfolio (you can ask for the order to remain private).⭐ I have the right to refuse the order request for any reason I deem plausible.⭐ I will not use generative AI in my work.⭐ I will not claim intellectual rights to the order, such as character stories.⭐ I will not resell the order.⭐ If you made the full payment at the beginning and decided to cancel your order before the approval of the sketches, you will be refunded half (50%) of the payment. In other cases, if you choose to cancel the order at any stage after the approval of the sketches, there will be no partial or full refund.⭐ Major changes (such as poses, clothing, scenery and viewing angle) will only be made before the sketch is approved.⭐ You have the right to post and use the final art on your social networks and websites. It's not mandatory, but it would be nice if you tag me in the post.⭐ You have the right to print the final artwork, as long as it is for personal use only.⭐ You are not authorized to sell the order.⭐ You should not assume that you are the author of the final product, presenting it as your own work.⭐ You are not authorized to use the final product as an NFT.⭐ You are not authorized to use the final product to train any image Artificial Intelligence (AI).

⭐ Payment method ⭐

Payment can be made via PayPal invoice, in two different ways of your choice:1. All payment is made before we start producing the order;2. Half of the payment is made before we start producing the order, and the other half after the approval of the sketches.Make sure to send me your paypal email so I can send you an invoice.

⭐ Process ⭐

After payment is made, I will start with the sketches and update you whenever possible. At this stage, you can request changes as you wish and send more references if necessary. After approval of the sketches, I will start the lineart and colors, which I will also send for approval. If approved, I will start with the finishing, the final stage of the entire process, in which it is no longer possible to request changes.Delivery time generally varies between 2 days and 3 weeks, but may take longer depending on the complexity of the order. If you require delivery by a specific date, please let me know in advance so I can meet your needs :)

⭐ What I won't draw ⭐

When an order is requested, I may deny it on certain occasions. For your order to be accepted, please be aware that:- I don't draw Not Safe for Work (NSFW), like hentai, gore and fetishes.- I don’t draw art that promotes hate speech.
